Dr. Kristin Horvath
Dr. Kristin Horvath graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997 with an undergraduate degree in Chemistry. She furthered her education and graduated in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She completed an advanced hospital residency at Montefiore Hospital in 2003.
Dr. Horvath's commitment is to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. Her approach is to thoroughly listen to the patient and their dental concerns. She provides comprehensive treatment and gives options for the best dental outcomes.
Dr. Horvath keeps up-to-date with the latest advancements through post graduate courses and continuing education classes in dentistry. She has a wide range of expertise in different areas such as endodontics, oral surgery, and the restoration and care of implants. She covers large cosmetic cases to small restorations, and everything in between.
Dr. Horvath resides in Mars, PA with her husband Christopher and her children Madeleine and Nolan. Dr. Horvath enjoys supporting Pitt basketball, spending time with her children, and vacationing.
Kirstie Berringer
Kirstie has over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional and has been the Office Manager at Horvath Family Dentistry since April 2011. She resides in Cranberry Township with her husband, two sons and goldendoodle Evelyn (“Eve”). In her free time, Kirstie enjoys walking, reading and attending sporting events with her family. Kirstie is an avid Duke Blue Devil and Pittsburgh Penguin fan. Kirstie enjoys interacting with our patients and making them feel welcome and at ease.
Molly George
Molly graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. Molly has been working as a hygienist and furthering her education, and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Spring 2018. Now done with juggling both school and work, in her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and her new puppy Zeke. Molly joined our team at Horvath Family Dentistry in August of 2017. As a hygienist, she loves being able to interact with patients and improve their smiles!
Lauren Sowa
Lauren is a 2015 graduate of the Bradford School. While attending Bradford, she graduated with highest honors with an Associates Degree in Specialized Dental Technology. Lauren also earned her certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). Lauren resides in West Deer with her husband Shane and puppy Trigger. Lauren enjoys walking, crocheting and baking, in her spare time.
